Meet Truda Lachman,
Broker, President
New Ave Property Management Corp.

Truda holds her Brokers license through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and has been in the property management business for over 30 years starting in residential property management and later finding her passion in commercial property management.

 

Truda has worked for both small and large 3rd party property management and asset management companies such as SMI Sunridge, Oxford, Summit Reit, and ING Real Estate.  She has learned the business from the ground up and worked her way through all the positions in a company starting as a receptionist at Dorland Property Management in 1987, applying all the knowledge she gained along the way to build, shape, and help form Greystone Property Management Corp. where she was the Broker & Vice President for 12 years.

 

I worked my way through many positions such as: administrative and accounting, leasing/legal administrator and conveyancing, operations, and property management. I’ve learned from some amazing mentors and organizations along the way, while expanding my knowledge whenever possible. With over 30 years in the industry, I’ve built up a wealth of

knowledge and experience I utilize while guiding

our clients and team.

Senior Property Manager

Kim Bilodeau

Kim has been in the property management industry for over 17 years working for commercial landlords such as Capilano Shopping Centre, ING Real Estate, and Greystone Property Management Corp.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and is a licensed Associate with the Real Estate Counsel of Alberta.  Kim manages a portfolio of multi-tenant industrial, office, and retail properties located in Edmonton, Lacombe, Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House, and Grande Prairie for multiple owners.    Kim is a soccer mom at heart whose free time is spent at soccer practices and games cheering on her two sons or camping with family and friends

Property Manager

Tammy Kupilik

Tammy has been working in the property management industry since the late 1980’s when she started working for SMI Sunridge Management West Inc. in residential property management before moving into commercial property management where her career grew further at Brookfield Property Management and soon after, Greystone Property Management Corp..  Tammy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree  from the University of Alberta before attending NAIT to obtain a Diploma in Finance and became a licensed Associate with the Real Estate Counsel of Alberta in 2014.  Tammy currently manages a portfolio of multi-tenant industrial, office, and retail sites for New Ave for a number of different owners.   In her spare time, you’ll find Tammy on the golf course, or enjoying a leisurely walk in the ravine with her family and 2 dogs.

Property Manager

Chandra Patterson

Chandra fell into commercial property management starting with the Liquor Stores Group, managing all sites in Canada and the USA. Earning unique experience from the tenants perspective, Chandra then grew into roles with Artis REIT, Greystone, and Canderel. Chandra enjoys playing slo-pitch, golfing, interior improvements, and spending time with her dogs.

Manager of Accounting

Tracy Kozdrowski

Tracy obtained her business management diploma from NAIT in 1998 and has worked through the accounting industry for nearly 20 years. Tracy started as an Accounting Administrator in 2001 for Last Call Group quickly moving into an Assistant Controller position where she excelled into a 3rd party Senior Bookkeeper position at KES Management. In 2009, Tracy moved into a role with Greystone Property Management Corp. where she was the Manager of Accounting overseeing teams for both property and corporate accounting and has worked alongside Truda Lachman for the past 13 years. During Tracy’s time off, you’ll find her crafting/scrapbooking or cheering on the Oilers alongside her dogs.

Accountant

Michele Barden

Michele obtained her Accounting Technician Certificate and Business Diploma in 1996, completed her Accelerated Accounting Certificate in 1998 and started pursuing her CMA designation in 2001.   Michele’s career path started as an Accounting Technician moving into roles as an Accountant/Controller and eventually a Finance Manager/Accountant with the City of Cold Lake.  She then started her own bookkeeping business sold it in 2019 after growing it to 120 clients for a better work life balance.  In the early stages of her career, Michele worked for Greystone Property Management as a contractor and later became a full time Property Accountant after selling her accounting business.  Michele continues to work along side Truda and provides both Property Accounting to our clients and assists with the corporate accounting for New Ave.  During Michele’s spare time, you’ll find her cheering on the Edmonton Oilers, walking her dogs, or enjoying time with her family.

Accounting Technician

Michelle Drolet

Michelle comes to us with nearly 20 years of accounting experience. She started off as a receptionist at Dresser Rand and quickly moved into the Accounts Payable role. She then joined Camgill Enterprises in 2008 as a Junior Accountant and moved onto Greystone Property Management in 2018 as an Accounting Administrator, to work along side Tracy with the Corporate books. Michelle has currently joined New Ave to work along side Truda and Tracy once again. In Michelle’s spare time, you will find her at the lake with family and friends, golfing, skiing, and enjoying quality time with her kids.

Marketing & Communication Coordinator

Mike Lachman

Mike graduated from his Bachelor of Commerce degree from MacEwan University in 2021 and has worked in supporting roles within the property management industry throughout his secondary education. Before completion of school, Mike bounced between maintenance and administration support with Greystone and has since taken on the role of Marketing & Communications Coordinator with New Ave while ensuring the completion of our office setup and our IT services/systems.

Operations Manager

Dale Skoreyko

Dale has extensive hands-on construction experience which started as an Apprentice Lather and Foreman at Ron Rock Contracting, Superintendent with PCL Industrial and he eventually opened and was the owner of Skoreyko Construction which he operated for 14 years.  Dale has certifications with WHMIS, First Aid, CSTS, Aerial Platform Lifts and Explosive Actuated Tools. His extensive construction experience, ability to read plans and stick handle the permit process with the City make him the perfect Operations Manager for New Ave.  Dale has the ability to handle many maintenance items directly as well as the knowledge to inspect and direct repairs,  review scopes of work and provide project management services if required.  Outside of work, Dale is a family man with a house full of girls and can often be found at dance studios or making smores at the lake.

Building Operator - 106 St Tower

Gerry Sandoval

Gerry's professional journey started with a BSE in electrical engineering before he relocated to Canada. Pivoting towards building maintenance and evolving through diverse roles and buildings, Gerry pursued his Power Engineering 5th class ticket at NAIT. His career path led him through impactful tenures at Telus North Plaza and Enbridge Place before finding his home at the 106 St. Building in 2012, where he continues to thrive alongside the building's growth. Outside the professional realm, Gerry finds joy in motorbike rides, passionately keeping up with the NBA, and indulging in travels back home and spontaneous road trips.
