New Ave has over 1,009,306 square feet of commercial real estate under contract managing the needs of over 282 tenants at 33 buildings located in Alberta. The majority of properties are located in and around the Edmonton area, however we also service Grande Prairie, Rocky Mountain House, Red Deer and Lacombe. We have the ability to effectively manage properties in many locations throughout Alberta due to the relationships we have built with trusted contactors and various service providers.
